Job Description

Full Time - 38 Hours per week

$40k+ (+super): depending on experience

The Australian Osteopathic Association is a small not-for-profit representing osteopaths. Our core role is representing our members with government or other stakeholders and providing good customer service and advise to meet our member’s needs.  The office is located in Chatswood, close to public transport.

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, go-getter for small hardworking, not-for-profit association. The successful applicant must be experienced in a range of administrative duties, well organised, motivated and able to work in a small multidisciplinary team.

Selection Criteria (must be addressed)
* Prior experience in autonomous roles with demonstrated decision-making skills, initiative, and ability to work without supervision.
* Good knowledge of administrative procedures and experience in dealing with day-to-day office duties.
* Competence in website content management systems.
* Database experience, computer competency and excellent MS Office skills.
* Attention to detail and organisation skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
* Excellent customer and people service skills, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team, including the ability to manage and coordinate a range of external contractors and consultants.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
